Philippe KLEIN
Philippe came to LOHR 40 years ago as a locksmith and soon joined its after-sales service. Bilingual, Philippe was salesman for the spare parts for several years, as well as the workshop's team leader. He joined the after-sales service reception desk approximately 8 years ago. Alongside with Alain Urban, Philippe receives customer convoys and analyses what kind of repairs are needed. He then draws up and transmits the repair orders and tracks the progress of the works in the workshop, whatever the reason for the repairs. "Atlant", the new LOHR Service network garage in Ukraine, is operational since July 2018 and forms an integral part of our large range of approved workshops.
